She joined RINGLE ROY ORSONI RINGLE at the end of her university studies, as an intern and then as an associate after passing the bar exam.
She has been a partner of SELARL RINGLE ROY ET ASSOCIES since its creation in 2007, managing the firm's real estate division.
She assists the key players in the real estate industry, developers, construction companies (public works and civil engineering), co-ownership managers, real estate agents, insurance companies, and private individuals.
Her mastery of legal English allows her to accompany international clients.
She handles a wide range of litigation, including private and public construction law, co-ownership (condominiums), residential and commercial leases, neighbor disputes, and insurance law disputes.
She also drafts contracts and other legal documents. She assists her clients in the steps essential to realizing their projects or professional activities (drafting by-laws, project management agreements, rental contract conditions, contractors' agreements, commercial leases, etc.).
She shares her experience teaching professionals and in training courses for the public and companies in construction insurance, private and public works.
Finally, she treats the day-to-day questions and problems for the members of a professional real estate association.
