Our fees

We treat fees with complete transparency.

Under the law of July 6, 2015 (n°2015-990), a fee agreement is systematically established in order to specify the scope and cost of our engagement.

Three types of fees potentially apply. The modalities are decided in consultation with the client.

The different forms of calculating fees

Fixed fee

Within the framework of a fixed fee, a fixed and definitive fee is agreed upon. The work covered by these fees is precisely indicated.

Fees based on time spent

If we choose the time-based method, we specify to our clients the hourly rate that we propose to apply. In addition, we indicate the amount of time likely to be spent on the study and processing of the case.

Our rates vary depending on the cases handled. A higher hourly rate may be agreed upon in complex and international cases.

Results fees

Establishing an additional result fee is possible. It must be expressly stipulated and cannot be for 100 percent of our fees.
